Okay, so after reading Lat's story about the pro who trains every other day, and then reading something by Big A about never training 2 days in a row, I've decided to drastically alter my routine. Here is what I want to do.
Monday - Thighs and calves
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - Chest and back
Thursday - off
Friday - Shoulders, traps and arms
Sat and Sun off
I'll get my abs in there somewhere. So what do you think?
