I'm pretty sure the ALA is used for moving glucose into cells. I usually take some R-ALA before every carb meal. I think CLA is supposed to help with fat loss, but from what I hear, taking enough to actually cause a noticeable difference isn't worth the cost.

That is a damn fine thread at AM,but the original info imo on the 'anarchy stack' is on Animals board.
rala is excellent as an antioxidant and is needed to quench the extra free radicals produced by the Acetyl l-Carnitine.The two stacked together are an amazing energy/life extension mix

Great info in short you posted...I think it is something worth looking into and trying....Seems to be info is lacking on exactly how much to take and if it should be cycled or just used everyday along with some greeen tea...what do you think? how much to take i think i am going to give it a shot...

I like the idea of improving my mind a bit and if i live longer and remember that is even better...i think...LMAO
