Hey guys, I have been browsing this forum a lot lately. I am wondering what kind of training routines all of you guys use? Do you use the stand 4day 1 muscle a week routines or some of the new HIT, DC, 5x5 routines? I would really appreciate you guys maybe posting your routines up. I am no pro, but I have been lifting for about 5 years with 2 years of serious bodybuilding. Lately, I have been at other forums and find nothing but parroting from a lot of people so it is hard to determine who is real and who's not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
