I missed legs today because my gym closed early. My split is:
day 1: shoulders, abs, forearms
day 2: back, biceps
day 3: legs, abs
day 4: chest tri's
My question is, should I just skip legs this split and hit chest and tri's tomorrow like always or just bump every workout back one day and hit legs tomorrow?
