I just watched Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler's video. I haven't seen a video since Dorian's Blood and Guts. I was amazed at the amount of mass these two have put on since Dorian's days.

The training was great and there daily diet was good to watch. Coleman's almost seemed comical. Same thing day in and day out. I think however that there is more to Coleman's diet than the cameras taped.

yousendit only allows a certain number of downloads from a link. i think its 25 total.
