Just got back from the store and time to reload the refrig and freezer!
Grocery Cart:
3 bags of frozen Tilipia
8 steamfresh bags of broccoli
7 steamfresh bags of rice
5 dozen eggs
1 gallon of skim milk (a must for my LBA's)
5 packages of lean beef (96/4)
4 Bison steaks (4-6oz.)
36 pack of bottle water
10 crstyal light on the go packs
1 case of diet coke (gotta have it)
12 Oh Yeah Protein bars (my wife loves them)
1 big jar of almonds
** If I want cheat food, I must leave the house for it which me and the wife do are the weekends for are cheat meals (at least two cheat meals with maybe a dessert). We just choose two restuarants, she picks one and I pick one and we go all out
Gotta love the weekends!
