Take care.

The broth for this was actually a can of wonton soup broth mix I got from the Asian market. I doctored it up with a big of golden mountain seasoning sauce and a bit of shioxing wine. The wontons were made with ground chicken, chopped garlic and ginger, chopped scallions, chopped cabbage and carrots seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil, and shioxing wine

Some of these sounds and looks yummy

But to be honest today is 3sum day.so I will be eating two cootercats with some slimy clear sauce all over it.yummy lol

I asked the wife what's for dinner ?she replied its 3sum night so you know what you gonna be eating.and she wants her friend to come to so its 3 you be eating 😳😳😳 where the hell is my cialis 🤣🤣🤣I swear true story

1lb 85/15 ground beef w/2 slices cheese
3-4 eggs
2 slices bacon
Green veggies

Repeat twice daily until I'm not a tub of lard.

9 Oz t-bone steak, broccoli and mushrooms saute in grass fed butter, red pepper pork cracklings.

Here’s tonight’s dinner and the recipe if anyone is interested.

Sweet and spicy fish with rice pilaf and garlic sautéed green beans

this ones easy. Well start with the rice

in a sauce pan heat up 1 tbl olive oil on medium high. Toss in a clove of chopped garlic and a diced shallot. Sauté for about 30 seconds. Toss in 1 cup long grain rice and sauté in the oil until it’s coated and the rice begins to get toasted. About two minutes. Add in 2 cups of chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cover, redu e to medium low, and cook for seven minutes, stir, and then another seven. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before removing the lid

now well do the beans. Heat 2 tbl grass fed butter in a sauté pan on medium high. Add in your green beans and sauté for about 5 minutes. Toss in some chopped garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and a tbl of red wine or sherry vinegar, or lemon juice. You’re done

for the fish, use any fish you like, I did this with salmon. Salt and pepper it and sauté in medium high until cooked through. For the sauce you’re gonna dip it in a mixture of 1/2 cup franks red hot and 1/2 cup brown sugar that you simmer medium in medium until the sugar is dissolved. Enjoy

INTRA 25g EAA's and 75g HBCD's.
15iu Humalog
4 scoops of ON's Gold Standard Gainer (112g carbs, 55g protein and 10g fat) and 1 blood orange.
Chicken and jasmine rice drizzled with macadamia nut oil.
Chicken, jasmine rice and 2 spoons of peanut butter.

Bummer. There’s way to spice that up without adding any carbs or calories though
Yeah I’ve added all the things I can, still not fun haha

Just ate 8 ounces of ground deer with 40 grams of cheddar cheese melted on top and 14 grams of white truffle infused olive oil drizzled on top. About 1/2 cup of roasted broccoli
Gad damn thats making my mouth water

12 whole eggs, 4 cups of rice. This is actually two meals, I just had to cook them pretty quick so no veggies in this one. I'm at about 18 whole eggs a day now, ha. My body loves them and I don't have any cholesterol issues, so I take full advantage.

First day of carbs on CKD so carbs and lots of them.

I was overdoing things recently but was well aware. In my head I just wanted to get big as fast as possible which is never the best approach. Nothing major and a few lower days was enough to get the bloat off. Now I will move up gradually and try to control portion sizes (no more 300g dry weight rice/pasta meals). Most meals apart from the odd bowl of cereal won't go over 100g carbs. Here is what I ate today...

- 6 whole eggs, onions, tomatoes, blueberries and 3 pieces of toast.
- 200g plant protein cereal (dark chocolate and coconut) with coconut milk plus an extra 30g protein from synthepure.
- Chicken, basmati rice and vegetables.
- Cottage Cheese, strawberries, grapes, blueberries and lemon juice.
INTRA (25g EAA's and 50g HBCD's).
- Chicken, basmati rice and vegetables.
- Beef Mince, long grain rice and 1 avocado.

Chipotle chicken bowl... my favorite after a workout.

Breakfast all blended up in a shake
5 whole eggs raw
2 cups whole milk
1 cup oatmeal uncooked and ground up w coffee grinder
1 scoop whey isolate
Handful frozen fruit

Lunch
2 chicken thighs w/skin and 3 chicken legs cooked in air fryer

Post workout same as breakfast

May have had some chocolate cake and ice cream for pre workout left over from the Superbowl lol :p

I just tried an impossible whopper from Burger King. I’m actively eating less fat after having my Gaul bladder removed and I’m struggling. Iv been a high fat low carb guy for 30yrs. I Just about puked after the first bite of this cow pie burger. One of the grossest things Iv ever eaten hands down. i Instant heartburn. and I rarely get it. And after looking at the ingredients and nutrition information these phony grass burgers actually have a higher fat content than a regular whopper. And a million ingredients. The thing tasted like artificial dirt no joke here guys. All I’m wondering is what’s the point.

What's the point? $$$

Aren't they in a lawsuit now? They never really claimed to be vegan, but apparently some people thought they were, then got butthurt when they found out they weren't lol. Manufactured shit from a lab, regardless, no thanks. I'd rather gorge on real animals fed real hormones, goddammit.
