My bag will vary based on training. Most days it has:
wrist sweat wraps, wrist wraps, a towel, heavy bag hand wraps, heavy bag gloves and speed gloves, swim suit, pool towel, a new shirt to wear if I swim after, sandals (it takes too long to put shoes/socks on from the pool when worn down) my Sansa clip mp3 player, on occasion supplements and a shaker cup and my personal training equipment.

gym chalk in a tupperware container and a couple pennies... i think the pennies help hold the chalk together, i have had this particular cube of chalk for about 9 months and its still solid. and a buddy has his chalk in pieces.

ipod shuffle, with ipod shuffle headphones...no wires. works great.

extra pair of socks...lol
