MDHT is an awesome strength drug, and makes me even more moody that tren, TBH I cant use it, the moods are that bad.
But for strength, it is one of the top drugs, very under used and underated IMO.
50-100mg per day a couple of weeks before a meet, and you'll notice the difference.
On its own I would not expect any major lean mass gains, as it is not really anabolic.
