So I'm going to start revamping my diet now that I'm working with phil, and was wondering what vegetables you all eat that are the easiest/best?
i bought a $30 rice steamer from costco, it has a vegetable tray in it. I steam asparagus, brocolli, carrots, spinach, boch choi, artichokes, pretty much any vegetable i want to eat gets steamed in there. It only takes about 10-15 minutes.
If you need some spice, sprinkle a little mrs dash over it when served or steam with chicken stock or something to give a little flavor. I prefer it the way it is with nothing added, but maybe im wierd![]()

Brocoli, Aspargus, Spinach and Lettuce should be your only carb source .

Thats a bold statement. Whats your reasoning?
What about green beans, zucchini, brussell sprouts? Why shouldnt you eat these?
