Who are your TOP 5 favorite posters on PM?

A lot of forums actually encourage those type of idiotic posts and reprimand guys for having an old school attitude about flaming ignorant lazy types of members.
They'll consider it 'cyber-bullying'. Thank god some forums have actually kept their balls about slapping some of these dummies around.

ghbrah? Just sayin...

Totally agree!

I've wanted to PM Rex several times to scratch his brain on different aspects of medicine. Knowing he's a clinician, I'm certain he is very consumed tending to his patients, work and life in general.

Regardless, when Rex speaks, I pay close attention.

Anyone else ever think they haven't really learned anything of consequence in the past several years of reading forums? I'm trying to think of something that made an impact or made me change how I do things and I'm drawing a blank. I guess forums are a way to pass time for me, some type of entertainment.

That said, Rex Feral is in a class of his own as far as having knowledge and and not buying into a bunch of pseudoscience, something most posters here seem to fall for unfortunately. He should be paid to post lol.

Phidias mentioned me and likewise I like his style, on some topics he's been very honest where most others would lie.

I just know he was talking smack on pro muscle and how much of a joke it is on Facebook...

:(

Well... as unpleasant and disrespectful his behavior might seem/in fact be to some, Phil acts the way he feels he has to... whatever his reasons.

Not trying to exonerate him, but since you just can't hide the dark side of someone because it suits you, you must take the guy as a whole: either like him or hate him, I guess. All in all, I chose to like him... in spite of a few "things" I was at odds with. :)

I don't know, KS. bboys "Some Thoughts" thread, at lease in my mind, was one of the most imformative thread I've read. Obviously, the members who have been mentioned in this thread have been very good. Unfortunately, there are more bad nowadays then good.

Phil was always very good to me. Compassionate, patient, polite, and funny as hell.

Do you remember when I went to Canada to shoot a screen test for a porn flick and got deported?

I was going to take the money from that, drive to Phil's gym on the way home and pay him to train me. I called him at the border (he was in the gym at the time) and he busted out laughing telling everyone around him that "some guy just got kicked out Canada while trying to shoot porn to pay for training for me." LMAO! His laugh made me die of laugher, and I WAS NOT happy at that point, still stuck on the border trying to get back into the US.

Once I got home, he felt bad for me and cut me a deal on the training. Which got me to my biggest, strongest, and most importantly, most hearth healthy I have ever been in my life.

What a fucking nightmare of a day.

Phil never did or said anything negative to me... It just seems that there is some beef with him and some mods. I was just the messenger since I recall seeing something he said

Before my hiatus, he was here and happy doing his thing.

When I came back a few months ago, I saw a few comments about him not posting much. Then I saw that screenshot and was surprised.

I don't know what happened and I think I don't want to know, just so I can stay uninvolved. (if that's even a word.)

I checked his Facebook page out. He seems like he's enjoying life. Still has his sense of humor. I get the feeling he's doing OK, and I'm happy with that.

:)

Killerstack- tells it like it is no bullshit and doesn't buy into the notion of getting massive on little to no gear lol

MountainDogg- nothing else I have come across has made more of an impact on my physique than his take on the pre/intra/post nutrition

Elvia- also tells it like it is and calls bullshit when he sees it

....and I dont know if we can add banned members to the list but I have to say as far as enjoyable reading goes gh15's posts were quite entertaining, I almost rolled out of my chair laughing at some of his posts where he would scream at guys using capitol letters and exclamation points

4. Cal

that was awesome, GI Joe definitely just made the top 5 in my book ;)

Brad Davis...someone linked his thread to me back in 2011 and it just flipped a switch for me and let me know what I would need to do in order to progress. I waited a few years before I started implementing anything I learned from that thread but since then I've learned first hand just how right and SMART he is.

I also like John Meadows', Phil Hernon's, Matt Porter's, Shelby Starnes' and Dante Trudel's contributions on here and in other venues. Truly an all-star team over here.

thank you, glad i could help bro. :)

Because you said this:

"I'm talking about the guys that teach us SO much. The names that I click on and go back and read every one of their posts I can find (it tops out at the last 500 posts they've made). The members where you find yourself taking notes and copy and pasting into your notepad so much of what they write..."

Here are my top picks:

Doggcrapp
Mountaindog1
Kaladryn
Ajdos
Stewie
Cerberus777
Gravel
Homonunculos

Both Cerb and Gravel have as much experience as any of the more popular guys.

-MT

I don't hold a candle to those guys, but I'm honored. Your name belongs here to brother. You help more in private but those you've helped know.

Man, I remembered this thread and brought it up because I wanted to re-read it and add to it even though it's been a couple years.

What really HIT ME was that there are a true (not just the expression) handful of guys that posted on this or were mentioned on this thread that are no longer with us.

Discohornet
Ajdos
Flexdurden
Queefer

I'm sorry if I missed anyone...and I was gone when much of this happened so truly Rest In Peace, brothers.

I'd also like to mention that I really find myself digging through ALL of these guys posts too latelyl.

gotgame
john161
Rex Feral

I truly miss Queefer, his unfailing cheerfulness, humor and witty mind. PM lost so much when he passed away... :(

Definitely LITTLE SLICE belongs in there. Life is NOTHING without humor.

your brother in Christ,

Lucky
