Widening your lats - simple exercise

Those stretchers made a huge difference in my upper back and shoulder girdle flexibility, and added quite a bit of detail to my upper lats...I love those too..the trick is dipping your head down and really feeling it pull...

Tried them tonight, don't think I went down far enough but really felt a hell of a stretch.

Would you recommend doing 3 sets of those or just 1 at the end as a stretching exercise?

3 sets...each set you do you will notice it feels better as your shoulder girdle and surrounding soft tissue loosens. Give it a few weeks for full effect. After a few weeks you will notice definite increase in flexibility and ROM.

I am now referring to the "stretchers" by the way - not the heavy partial pulldowns.

Been doing something similiar to this for a while now. For the guys trying it... you can feel it "release" at the top of the movement. At least that how it feels to me. Plus, if I start with it, I can feel a better pump thoughout the entire workout.
