If I have 1 g of yohimbe powder what amount of pure aloe vera should suitable dose of topical fat burner? Just experimenting and looking for ideas.....
My favorite Yohimbe preperation is 1g of Yo powder mixed with 100ml injectable L-Carnatine (200mg/ml) I inject 1cc sub Q in various spots around my "trouble" areas prior to workout. I find this to be one of the best spot fat reduction formulas. But you have to get very high quality Yo powder. I've gone upto 2 cc but this causes me to get cold sweats and shortness of breath. Stick with a low dose and find your limit.
I would honestly avoid wasting the money and time needed to make and use a Yohimbe-based topical fat burner. Yohimburn works, but not enough to warrant purchase... what does that say about a homemade formula?? Not good. If you want to inject it, MacDad's formula stated above would be a decent option. I'd avoid it altogether and up your cardio.
I'd still like to give it a shot since I already have the powder. Not going to do the sub Q method as the areas targeted do not lend themselves well to injection do to their locale (cant reach). Were not talking about alot of fat here, very minimal. Upping cardio at this point proves counterproductive to me as it starts to eat away at my muscle fullness, especially in the quads. Cant hurt to give it a test run.
I wouldn't convert to an injectible unless you have high quality Yohimbine HCL, not just any Yohimbe powder. If I remember correctly, the HCL has something to do with sterility of product?!?!
I mixed some Yo with Phlo-Jel, which is suppose to be the Cadillac of transdermals, and I wouldn't recommend it. I'd mix it with some bacteriostatic water and inject - but haven't ever tried it yet, but heard decent things about it.
only about 10mg/1ml of yohimbine can be suspened in sterile water. this is how i made mine:
dumped 1gm of pure yohimbine HCL powder 99.6% pure in a vile with 100ml of distilled water.
added about 1.5 ml of BA to the 100ml distilled water for sterility
then after that i ran it through a sterile filter into a sterile vile
i had absolutely no pain inject sub-q
i would reccomed doing 4 - 1ml injections alternating areas spread out through the day in your problem areas. that would be 40mg YHC total for the day.
i suggest DONT do it before you workout as the yohimbine will increase yout heart rate alot while you workout.
you may feel heart rate increase even if you DONT inject before a workout for about a week then the body gets use to it or adapts at least this is how it was for me.
i used for about 5 weeks i believed it helped. as your bdf% drops below 10% you may develope little knots at the injection site thats when i stopped use. they took a week to go away.

You did 4 1ml shots per day??? WOW!!! I did 2ml (20mg) one day and when I went to the gym, I had cold sweats and my heart was pounding like an inmate on viagra!!! I went down to 1ml shot split up into 4 sites and I still felt some effects. Maybe I'm sensitive. I think I would die if I did 40mg per day. Injectable hits like a Mactruck compated to any other method from my experience.
