did you guys notice that high blood pressure and hypertension were both listed? as well as mood swings , then mental changes. and stomach lining and gastrointestonal disorders. all the same things...... i emailed him and asked him about it... he didnt address the issue... just called mea roid user and said i'm in denial. (i said it seemed like he was looking for filler material for side effects)

The guy sells a book that is supposedly a compendium of all the sides that you will get if you use gear. Yet, he doesn't list any credentials for himself, such as education or expertise. Why the hell would you read a book on medical subject by someone that doesn't even have a medical background.

so i filled out his comment card asking if he knew that he listed the same side effects more than once, and i was wondering if it was missed in editing or he was just looking for filler info; eg, "you listed hypertension and high blood pressure seperately". (among others)

This was his response:


Hi *****, thanks for the email, even though it's not a good one. I assume
you're a steroid user, otherwise you probably wouldn't have wrote that email
to us? Actually, no I didn't miss that in editing, and no I didn't put that
up there for a filler. If you read through each one, you will see that there
are some differences. As for losing credibility for our site, no, I don't
think that's gonna be an issue. Our site has been up for 3 weeks, and we
have already had over 200,000 hits. Out of those hits, we have had over 500
people from all over the world email us. Out of those 500 people, only 3
people had something negative to say. You're the third person. The other two
people were also steroids users. I have found that steroid users live a life
of denial. That seems to be the case with you. Either way, you're welcome to
email us back and say anything you like, whether good or bad. We read and
listen to everyone who emails us. We are just trying to educate the world
about the dangers of steroids and keep youngsters away from them. If you
choose to use steroids, that's your choice. However, we wish you would see
that building temporary muscles by way of steroids isn't worth the long term
side effects. I'm willing to bet 20 years from now, you'll agree with me.

So then could you explain the difference between hypertension and
high blood pressure to me? Actually I'm an Exercise Physiology
student and was looking for a resource to use but the Prof is very
strict on website use, hence the credibility issue. From class I'm
pretty sure hypertension is the same thing as high BP. Thanks.
