Nothing personal against anyone involved in the supplement industry, but I just don't trust the products/marketing/gimmicks and I feel a good diet is great for most.

Honestly, this guy nailed it.. I don't get how most of you can afford a table full of supplements... Everyone buys thermogenics believe it or not

DNP is really safe. If not safer than Clen...

Spend your money on peptides/slin and what have you. Peptides can be expensive.

Peptides = your vitamins, anti-aging skinceuticals.

Keep supplements OTC brief. I would just consider

~ Vitamin C
~ Vitamin D-3
~ Grape-Seed Extract (when bulking)
~ Niacin

That's it.. Not even a multi-vitamin. I feel like a multi-vitamin covers a shitty-diet. Which it does. I find easy to tell others I focus on my diet when personally I may hit my target macros today but tomorrow not really..

I think everyone should focus on hitting their daily macros from Whole Foods then reconstruct their cycles then worry about OTC supplements.

#1 is creatine. But I cycle it. I only use it the 3 or 4 weeks that I lift 80 % plus weights. It really helps my joints and adds some bloat in the muscle for strength leverage.

#2 multi vitamin

#3 Protein.... Im not picky. Usually only 1 shake a day. Thats it. Food for everything else I need.

Im really shocked how different my list is than everyone elses. I remember watching Ronnie Colemans videos and seeing his daily pill dispenser and was blown away with how many pills he took that were not gear. That and the articles Ive read over the years that said things like glutamine and creatine were needed shocks me that few here think its worth it. Looks like I can save money for more test or tren!!! This is great news:D
 
Not sure how many other ppl do this but

One small ruby red grapefruit everyday! I'd take the supp with whatever chem is in it niagrin or whatever the fuck its called if I could find it lol. But according to my blood work its kept my crit and hemoglobin in the normal levels no matter what I'm on. (Never go over 1G soo maybe bit diff then some of u big guys). That's the only thing I can never go without!

I also take glutamine, creatine, and niacin, b6. All cheap at walmart equate brand
 
Curcumin is great! I never can get my hands on it its always sold out. I think peptides are the future for health and wellness though. Vitamins were not meant to be ingested, just injected.
 
I use some type of liver aid when im doing orals...but i need to increase my vegetable intake just need to get motivated

and, oatmeal, whole milk, jasmine rice, peanut butter, chicken nuggets, bull's eye bbq sauce, mt. dew, and most importantly, generic mac n cheese. ;)
 
Not a bad thread, but I wonder how many other threads there will be that resemble my "bodybuilders toolbox" topic where all this was talked about weeks ago?
