Maybe I need to upgrade to the pro version for the extra features.
Right now when I click on a day to log it shows me every exercise I've done for the whole week. Makes it really cluttered. Also why do I have to add each individual exercise in my routine in the logs? Shouldn't it just add the entire workout when I click on the body part?
I think something is wrong with your JEFIT... I have the free version as well. Each day has a specific program I've customized for it. For example: Legs day is Monday and when I click on it only my leg routine shows up.
Can you click on a specific day for the logs? When I go to the logs it shows the whole weeks worth of training, not just the day I'm on. So basically I just have a compilation of all my exercises for the week.
Click on the app >>> Click on routines >>> A screen with your custom workouts will pop up on which ever days you have made them for (mine are monday - legs, tuesday - shoulders/bis/tris, Thursday - back/bis, Saturday - Chest/tris) >>> click on the day you want to workout (I'll click on Tuesday - Shoulders/bis/tris) >>> My shoulders/bis/tris/ workout has opened up >>> I can now either start the workout, or edit my workout.
I use Endomondo pro and it linked up with myfitnesspal. After I log my workout with endomondo, it automatically send the calories burned stat to myfitnesspal and then myfitnesspal automatically adjust how many calories you need for the day.

I use the cross platform app called notebook and pen. I've dropped it before and then picked it up. Also once I dropped a dumbbell on it and it creased a page, I was nervous that it wouldn't be covered under warranty.
