I do the same thing. It’s called aging, loose skin. (I am 67+.) Not speaking for him, just my personal experience.

I understand what’s happening, and i understand the intent, but nobody walks around pulling on their lower abs whenever theyre shirtless.

I am NOT shitting on the guy, doing that is just going to skew accurate feedback

I'd like to compete once for the experience - posing is what I have to learn. Competing isn't something I'm absolutely set on, if it happens cool and if not cool, things just have to line up correctly. Like @concreter would say, I get my trophy every time I'm out in public.

So like a true ding dong I’ve apparently been posing in the stretch area. One of the guys at Revive came up to me yesterday laughing “hey dude, you want to use the actual posing room? It has better lighting.” Y’all this room is very cool. 360 mirrors top to bottom.

Hahah that room looks epic. That’s something I’d do Lmao I was recently in Copenhagen and did a day pass to a five story high gym … they said floor two was weights … and it was … but it was like pussy weights … half way thru trying to use the baby weights I asked someone who half understood my English and they pointed up … so I go to floor 3 … full blown bodybuilder style gym. Wished I knew before I was 75% done lol.

My camera on my phone sucks ass but just took this. Kind of my year round look these days now that I’m more focused on health and can only do TRT
