I was suppose to be off today..was gonna go to the gym at 5am…leave, and get a few mile run and then cook all my beef and vegetables for a few days.
Then I got an all hands on deck call from work..wasn’t even on call today.
Breakfast: triple meat, cheeseburger from Whataburger (jalapeños, mustard, and a slice of cheese for each patty) and you bet your ass I whatasized it! Diet Coke though!
Lunch: raising canes ..had the caniac (6 strips) Diet Coke too!
Dinner: same as lunch
And I had to have ate at least a pound of jerky I ate throughout today.
My wife’s new vehicle smells terrible since I drove it home..vapor locked that bitch
Update: been up since 5..it’s now 8..I’ve shit 3 times..need to wipe my ass with a snow conehahaha haha
For the last few weeks of my prep I have been doing 5 low days (only pre and post carbs) then 2 days at maintenance on the weekend where I add around 150g carbs. This is my breakfast on those 2 days, it honestly tastes like chocolate cake, I look forward to it the entire week.
100g rolled oats
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g banana
25g unsweetened cocoa
200ml unsweetened almond milk
Blend all the above (I use Nutribullet) and place in oven friendly dish.
10g 85% dark choc chopped up and spread ontop. Bake for 30 min at 180° Celcius.
I then make a paste of equal parts whey / water and once its cooked I pour over the top. It's heavenly haha.

It really is! I also do a lower fat version with no cocoa powder and replace the dark choc with 100g blueberries.. best part is that it's so satiating with all the fiberDamn looks delicious

Inspired by @275bills i followed a double ahi tuna poke bowl with a pint of Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough core ice cream for a much needed free meal…dangerous stuff lol
I went to three stores last Saturday looking for Chunky Monkey because I was craving banana ice cream but couldn't find it - had to go with Trader Joe's banana pudding ice cream instead.
