Looking much better but feeling much worse, I know it’s part of the process but my legs feel like lead from doing cardio, these last 3.5 weeks I have to GRIND IT OUT! Need to look like a human anatomy chart
Does anybody suffer from this, are your legs just fucking shot most of the day, I bought this stuff called over training solution on day 3 dont really feel difference
So what are you doing now about your diet and training? Are you in an offseason type of diet now or are you going to just keep your bodyfat down like it is now and maintain, then have an easy diet before the contest next year?
