Where do you get your liver caps? I have thought about taking desiccated liver aswell seems to have great benefits and was very popular with the older generation
i'm not the original poster, but I use desiccated liver tabs everyday. I rotate between using the ones from Beverly Nutrition and Universal Nutrition. I'm big on mixing protein sources in the same meal for digestion purposes, so using 4-8 liver tabs in a couple of meals each day easily adds 12-24 grams of protein to each meal. To me, it's better than having to eat another few ounces of beef, chicken, or fish, etc....

I've always gotten solid prices on them by just googling them and picking them up from various sites when they're on sale. They're really not expensive at all.
