3rd cycle! Critique this PLEASE****

Hello! I am getting ready to begin my 3rd cycle in the past 2 years. I am male, 24yrs old, 6'0", 200lbs, 13% bf. I am no body builder, have a family history of being overweight. Prone to low test levels and high estrogen levels, so I gain weight easily. With large amounts of working out and eating right, have been able to maintain a healthy body.

1st cycle consisted on Eq & Andro, 2nd cycle was Tren and Test w/T-bol, and for this 3rd cycle, I am considering the "8 Week Mens CUTTING Cycle" off Alin. I am not looking to bulk up and experience too much bloat as I have in the past, just want to lean down and look cut.

I want to modify the 8-week cutting cycle below and optimize my cycle as I dont plan to do another cycle for a while. I have the money to buy additional items to enhance the cycle. I am considering adding 50mg Anavar/day because of the lasting effects of muscle gain it has. I also want to add another anti-e along with a-dex to deal with my high levels of estrogen, considering Letrozole for this. How much would I take per day?

Also been reading more and more about the lasting effects of GH. I just dont want to spend $300/week on an effective dosage. Any other alternatives? Will a lesser dose still work? THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP BROS!

8 Week Mens CUTTING Cycle​

* WEEKS 1- 6: Winstrol 50mg Every Other Day
* WEEKS 1- 6: Trenabol 75mg Every Other Day
* WEEKS 1- 6: Cytomel(T3)50-75mcg Every Day
* WEEKS 1- 8: Testosterone Propionate 50mg Every Other Day

* WEEKS 1- 8: Pregnyl ( HCG) 300-500iu Every 4-5 days
* WEEKS 1-10: Clenbuterol 80-100mcg 14 days ON, 14 days OFF
* WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every day

* WEEK 8: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
* WEEK 9: 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
* WEEK 10: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
 
I dont like that cycle at all. Winny has an 8 hour active life and it needs to be administered 2x/ed, imo, even though some may administer it 1x/ed.

Dont look at sources to pick cycles for you.

If I were you, Id run test only and focus more on your diet to do the cutting for you. You dont need all the other compounds.

Care to post your diet?

My daily diet usually looks like:

AM: breakfast, 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, whole wheat toast, skim milk, optional whole grain oatmeal

snack: protein shake (2 scoops muscle milk or optimum nutrition whey)

lunch: turkey sandwich, heavy on the turkey, water, skim string cheese, broccoli

snack: protein shake

dinner: chicken breast, steak fillet, optional veggies

Perhaps the reason why you had minimal results with test is due to your diet. It really needs some work. I think a 140lb person would have a hard time growing on that. It looks to be in the range of 1500-1800 calories/total :eek:

But to better help us and you, please list your macros (total fat/protein/carbs) for each meal and your daily caloric intake. Also, when do you workout? Do you have a pwo meal?

Anabolics will do nothing without proper diet.

In my past cycles I have eaten quite a bit, about 350-400 grams of protein per day, with around 200 grams of carbs I wish I still had the time but I can not continue to eat huge meals and have 3 hour workouts each day. I can do 1.5hrs 4-5 times per week and eat decently. I want to run a good cycle with more than just test. What kind of cycle/diet would you suggest? I can afford to make it a good cycle so I am open to suggestions. Thanks man
 
im going to suggest this because i did it and it worked. take some time off to get your diet right, and truly work on developing a mind muscl connection, emphasizing form and feeling your muscles work, doing cardio all the while to stay in shape, bodyfat and cv system wise, then, when you feel you're really ready, i mean looking pretty damn good naturally, and feeling good, too, do a cycle of 500 test a week, and monitor the results by keeping logs. just a suggestion
 
Here is a basic idea of macro's
250gms protein/day
150gms good clean carbs/day
100gms of good fats/day

All you do is fine tune something like this to suit your needs. maybe higher protein lower carbs a bit. spread this out over the day into eating more frequently or when hungry. Snacks are always good also. But you failed to grow because of your diet not because of the gear.

1. This cycle is way to advanced for you. It's almost like a full time job for experienced competitors to keep up with dosages and their frequencies. You're talking about sticking yourself every other day with multiple compounds that you can't even save a stick and combine them. You are okay with stabbing yourself 18 to 26 times a week?
2. Cytomel is very dangerous compound when abused and the result, loss of thyroid gland gaurantees you a life time of picking up you're prescription at the walmart pharmacy. At you're young age thats a long time.
3. No offense but at 24 and 6'0 200LBS and 13% body fat what the heck are you cutting? You would be better off with Jenny Craig.
4. Red Flags should be flying with family history alone.
5. Dude you haven't even scratched the surface of what you could do with really working out and eating correctly. Don't be in a hurry figure yourself out figure the nutrition out become an expert on you. Then maybe in the future add something that would work in conjuction and as a compliment to what you have taken the time to establish.
 
At one point, I was at 30% bf, but I've been able to work out and eat right for years and control keep my shitty genes in check. Using compounds and cycles has enabled me to move myself to the next level. For the first time in my life, I have cuts and can see muscles in my arms, legs, chest, etc. I am fully aware that running a cycle like this is a full time job and will take lots of discipline and hard work. I'm gonna run the cycle above, just wanted to see if you guys could suggest ways to make it better. Adding anavar, another anti-e, etc. Thanks for all the constructive criticism, I really do appreciate it all.

thanks for the words on encouragement, but i also want to tap in to ya'lls expertise! how can i juice up the cycle? will anavar pair well with the current compounds?

What do you think of my cycle with 8 different compounds?

Everyone is always 200lbs and 13% bodyfat. Or "about 12 percent" bodyfat. WTF? I don't even know what the hell my bodyfat percentage is. I'm guessing it's somewhere between 5% and 80%.

Or why even ask advice at all? You know they're just going to say, "Thanks for the advice." and do what they want anyway. I did! I was the exact same way! Although, I never did T3 with clen and t-bol, tren, and winstrol, pregnyl, WTF? I could never keep track of all that shit! My stuff in the beginning was like one shot of test per week with some dbol. That was my "big stack".

If this guy wanted to make what he's doing better, he'd eat some tuna fish, chicken, and eggs with fish oil caps and mct oil, add a few veggies and maybe some rolled oats and brown rice. And just live off that shit. End of story. Maybe take some testosterone or something but it's pretty clear this guy's drug stack is bigger than his food stack. I'd love to see this dude train. He CUT BACK to 1.5 hour workouts? Man I did biceps, triceps, and shoulders tonight in 45 minutes! It was killer! Came home and had 2 boiled chicken breasts and a bag of brown rice with some olive oil and parsley. It was delicious!

These guys are just a dumb as we were at that age, maybe even dumber.

This guy isn't even in tune with his diet enough to have enough meals to raise his basal metabolic rate! So what's he going to do? Take cytomel! Well at least with the HCG, he'll still have some balls left after all this but I bet dollars to pesos this guy is going to wind up with a nice set of manboobs from that tren if his family history is like he says.

I will say this. At least he finally just said fuck you guys, this is what I'm doing. It would have killed me to watch you guys go on for days with this dude until he said, "You're right. I'm going to watch my diet better." - and then do the cycle anyway. At least he didn't waste TOO much of your time.

Thanks to everyone who helps out here in the forum. It's not a fun job and it's pretty thankless most of the time. But heck, at least me make a good team right?

The BEST advice anyone could give you it to forget your cycle and hire one of our awesome trainers on the site.

It is quite obvious you are not ready for a cycle like that...it is CRAZY...not in a good way dude...really at your age and weight, you could make GREAT gains without AAS. That cycle with your family history will probably bring you "man boobs"

heres what to do to make your cycle better, since noone else will give you a straight answer i will.
throw in 50 mg anadrol ed, add an extra 750 mg test p, anavar, and primobolin at 100 mg ed.

what your going to want to do next is get fitted for your new bra, get a magnafying glass(your gonna need it to locate your balls from now on), get used to the fact that if your this lazy about diet and training now you might as well just enjoy life like so many other americans and eat all the amazing shit we deny ourselves like big macks and pizza, because in 5 months when you run out of juice, your going to stop training, and your going to get fat again.


bottom line is learn how to train and diet right first. you obviously dont have the right understanding of that yet, then learn how to manipulate those 2 things to squeeze every last ounce of natural results out of it. once you do that, come back and ask us about a begginners cycle. see you in 10 years.
