hello im new to the forum and this is my first post!
ive a done a few shows now and had pretty good success, but this year my body is being more stuborn thatn usual...
im for weeks out and am at about 100g of carb a day with 350 protien, spread through 7 meals. i will aslo throw in a hand full of almonds here and there and some salads as needed....
i usualy have a carb up day as needed but i need to do a major shift to the metabolism and tighten up these glutes!!!
i was wondering what most of your best carb rotation experience is, im trying to go in fuller and harder...
i train pretty high volume cause im taller 6'1 and sitting around 243 abs getting tight, holding water like crazzy from this and that...
two sessions of 45 mins per day in the morning and 30-45 interval higher heart rate at night post workout..
any thoughts, sorry i havent done pics yet....
