Here is an interview that says bodybuilders are actually hindering their growth with multiple meals.
GH would be much greater with eating a couple meals and fasting periods.

"she blinded me with science"....your body can only properly obsorb so much food at once, it only makes sense to eat less food more often..

Yes your body maybe switch to "growth and repair" but it will just do that... repair the damage... it wont add 20 lbs of muscle... the human body doesnt want to add muscle. So you have to force it by lifting heavy ass weight and eat a shitload of food all the time...

And he is 70 years old and 6'1 208lbs 8%bf... his methods work for him but thats just because Doc prescribes a shitload of "founten of youth"* for himself...
