I think im always my strongest the last weeks before the show... Mentally my brain just goes into overdrive and i feel way stronger.... and im more focused and intense which results in my best lifts.. even when my bodyfat is very low.

When i first started competing.. I would peter out with my training the last few weeks.. now i pick up a second wind and push harder.. Strength is a good sign that your not losing muscle...
Keeping so much strenght or increasing your strength during a grueling prep is a sign bro that your diet is really nailed down.. obviously your fucking strong Shelby.. good work
