advice please

hey guys, new here and just thought id break the ice with a wee problem i have, it started well over a year ago, i was in the best shape of my life and loving it was with a partner, we'll call him *blair. also for the first time in my life my sister whos 5 years older than me, we were getting along like best mates for the first time ever!
anywho, had tryed pleaty of times to break up with this guy as just wasnt into the relationship as much as he was, so we finally break up .
i leave it a week before i go around to his place to get my belongings, coz still wanted to be friends and so did he. get to his place to find my older sisters car there (she has a partner of 10 years) i go inside to find them in bed together, i loose it, and im not one to have a fiery temper, but i really lost it, any he comes charging down stairs grabs me and holds me to my throat, in front of my older sisters, she does nothing. i scream and to get free wiggle as much as i can, im 5'9 and then was 60kgs to get free i bit him, sorry sounds bad but what else could i do? i get free and get to my feet, screaming match starts i throw a candle stick and it hits * blair in the head leaving no marks at all, i cam out far worse off.
he charges me with assult and i get charged, my sister stays with him.
two months later he starts txt me confessing his love i show my sister as it makes me sick that she could do something like this, but he lies and says i encouraged him, they stay together.
im now working out harder than ever to get my mind around it,

so then he joins my gym, he seems to follow me everywhere, dine where i dine, drink where i drink,
i cant stand what my sister has done, i waould never do that to a friend let alone a family member, it just makes me sick the things he does, and she cant see it.

Well, I would suggest moving on with "your" life. Sounds like you are obsessed with what these other people are doing.

Trust me, if you want someone to be uninvolved in your life, you can do it. If it takes restraining orders, that's a step that is sometimes necessary.

It's up to you if you continue to have these people involved with you, stalking you or whatever you want to call it.

Quit frequenting the same places, find new friends, change your contact numbers.

Alot of times family members or close friends are the ones who do the most destruction in someone's life, you have to accept it and move on with your life.
