Currently I lift 3 times a wk, do jiu jitsu 3 times a wk and boxing or kickboxing 3 times a week. Have my diet pretty much locked just rite, eat good and do all my shopping at whole foods and plenty of juiceing with my juicer to get extra veggies and fruits. Lookin into Test Cyp with Boldenone poss Dbol, Aromasin for gyno, Synthergine for liver, Was told Nolvadex 10mg a day whole time and primo or anavar after to keep gains. Heard different ideas on amount and time/dosage for clomid after. Want to gain as much strength/bone density as poss but worried about tendon issues/poss weakness due to my jiu jitsu/ Domt want to tear anything. Was told Boldenone was better than Deca to help with soreness left over from shoulder surgery 2 years ago. If anyone could help me and lay out a whole cycle for me I would be very appreciative. Lookin to do a 12 wk cycle, blood tests every few weeks, my gf is a med assistant. Read alot of different info, alot to absorb and some stuff contradicts other stuff. Thx all
