Im reading the book "The Paleo Diet for Athletes", sound interesting. I think it could work for a bodybuilder. Wondering if anybody has had any success with it. Sounds like it might be tough to get all you calories in though.
yes, because it is a meat based diet. Cordain basically was saying humans evolved as carnivors and only foraged when meat was scarce. I'm totally into unprocessed foods and many BBing diets have very similar aspects to his studies.
He also has a book out for athletes that may need more carbs but I think it is for more enduranced based training.
is this the zone diet. If so i have afriend that has used this for about a year now. He is very lean and about 230 at 6'2. He does crossfit. He actually will be competing in crossfit at the 2010 arnold classic
