it weird, im way more energetic in my workouts with no direct carbs, and when im on a cycle i seem to get tired very easily or its like i have less ambition, or less energy or somthing, blood sugar maybe? im on tren, test, deca, igf, t3, slin
The feeling in 'roid rage' for me is way bigger when simply not eating carbs than when actually on androgens.
If you want to get really agressive (and nervous, agitated, stressed out, ...) try eating a high protein only fast, something like 5-600 gr whey per day but nothing else. The amount of tyrosine and phenylalaline you get in (and which have no competition when carbs are removed) is that massive that it feels like you're popping stimulants all day long. I even got myself dilated pupils and chest pain after several days LOL
But like Gunsmith said, best thing to do would be to: not eat at least 1h before your workout since insulin blunts catecholamine release (which is what you want at that moment) and definitely NOT do all the fancy pre- and during workout drinks containing carbs.
Moen, that's exactly why I love the Anabolic Diet. Natural test-fueled aggression all week and xanax-like mellowness all weekend. Not to mention the effects on the physique.
That's one of it's plusses yes. I personally get way too stressed out 24/7 which is not a good thing since I'm about as unmellow as they come naturally. Even my posts on forums clearly show if I'm eating carbs or not.
However the fat still seems to ease somewhat. If you actually like the constant agression you should try the massive protein-only for a few days, take in 500+ gr of protein and nothing else. If we never hear from you again you probably butchered someone and are in jail haha
I've never even thought of trying a protein only diet for ANY length of time. Did you maintain muscle mass while doing so? I'm under the mindset that a whole protein taken without fat present will be converted to glucose. I just don't see why anyone would ever want to do this.
I know a couple days of protein only won't kill you. I heard a first hand story about a woman that went on a diet of only protein because she was brainwashed into believing that carbs were bad and she already "knew" how bad fat was thanks to the anti-fat 90's propaganda. Anyway, she became very ill very quickly and changed her mind about carbs and fats real fast.
I can see how easy it would be to eat every hour with protein shakes as your only food. There would be nothing to satiate you. I'd imagine after a week or so you'd actually begin to lose muscle fairly rapidly, also, by training the body to start burning muscle for fuel. Wow, what a crappy idea, no offense.
Well yes I agree it's a crappy idea. I only did it for a few days since I literally couldn't take it. The funny thing is that it get's worse the more protein you eat while doing this, probably because you get closer and closer to a state of 'catecholamine dump'. It was merely a small personal experiment.
I even suspect you might be able to induce psychosis by doing this for days on end. The underestimated power of nutrition!
