Sorry been MIA lately, I'm a business owner and its been insane dealing with corona, been putting in 16+ hour days pretty much daily since this started to keep my staff going and employed.
Of course lack of sleep and working like this doesn't help my situation but don't really have an option right now.
I have the buspirone prescription on hand but didn't try it yet, didn't think it would be a good idea with everything going on.
Things are settling down now so time to care care of my health.
I mentioned before this corona crap started that I was suppose to fly out and see dr. nichols, ill be doing that as soon as I can fly down but..
I've had several more blood tests done and more phone consults and pretty much every doctor thinks I'm suffering from "adrenal fatigue/ HPTA dysfunction" w/e you want to call it.
The only thing thats been consistent on my bloodwork in the past years is DHEA below refference range, pregnenolone undetectable and low cortisol.
While I don't want to speak for him my understanding from the dr. nichols approach would be high dose pregnenolone and dhea(100mg preg, 50dhea) getting free t3 up to 5 and test cream on the nuts + obviously more thorough testing thats available in Canada.
My local doctor thinks I should get off trt and try and retstart everything and see if my hormones balance...
Anyways as I said things are slowing down at work and I can take care of things now so hopefully have an update soon.
