How do you know what percentage of the population it is? based on your experiences or what the media portrays?
Shelby Starnes posted this the other day;
Sometimes you can tell.
You see a stranger and you can tell they love carbs. Or you can tell they don’t exercise.
Sometimes you can tell they are lazy, and don’t care about their appearance, and don’t know how to take care of themselves.
BUT
Sometimes you don’t know about what else they have going on. You don’t know about their personal struggles. You don’t know about their metabolic issues. You don’t know that maybe they’ve already dropped thirty pounds and are working on the other one hundred now. You don’t know that they are probably better than you at a lot of really important things.
So it’s probably best to hold off on the judgments.
It doesn't matter. This was a very light hearted thread and because it has something you don't agree with you feel it necessary to chastise others. You're the type of guy who walks out of a comedy club when a joke hits too close to home.
We can judge joke and laugh. And you can disagree and we can disagree. That's how this whole thing works. Trying to censor people and tell them how to speak because of your personal beliefs and because you dont agree is unnecessary.
I'd say instead of scolding people try to truly educate them instead of posting about 1 rare person. And realize that there was levity in this thread
