don't know the technical law, but if a scale and ziploc bags can be considered drug type products, then vials could be too. may be wrong, but it seems logical, not that laws are logical...
1. Find out about YOUR specific state law regarding vials. You won't get charged based on some law that has no jurisdiction over you.
2. Find out what legitimate lawful purposes that vials serve & have one as a ready excuse. (part of an educational home based junior chemistry experimentation set?)
well if thats the case, then bowls and pipes should be too. I think it would be considered if there was some "residue" of something illegal in it. Same with a scale.
ONLY if there is a presence of drugs nearby or found with it. Or there is any residue of drugs left on it or inside it. (then it looks like it was for selling purposes more so then using purposes) I believe thats correct. Also I believe it must have a twist off top. Rather then a rubber stopper. Stupid law but again I believe this is true.
Like was stated above they find oil/benzl alcohol/g's of raw powder next to them one would assume that the vials are going to get tacked onto the charges.
