Right now I'm currently taking T. Prop roughly 150 - 200 a week. I'm 190, slowly working my way to 170. Muscle gain is not the priority but I wouldn't mind a little more strength and increased cardio.

I run 5 miles everyday, 30 minutes rowing, 14 rounds of 2 minute jump rope with 30 sec break. In the week I will lift two to three times a week. I'm just trying to stay flexible and not so muscular.

Thoughts on changing anything up?

So you are wanting more strength and endurance without the muscle gain?
I would think any muscle gain would come from your diet but saying you want to get down to 170lbs makes me think you are in a deficit.
Then with all the running and rowing it makes me think your body will eat muscle to get through those long bouts of cardio.

sounds like your goals are very modest and reasonable..



so I don't see any need to go above 200mg of test a week... though id probably use 600mg at least :eek:
