I have lost a total of 45 pounds or so and added some good muscle too
Tryin to cut the last of the fat... maybe 8 pounds left to go.
The low energy and feeling miserable like death....not a good selling point.
Fat and flat don't look good on me.
I am sooooo jealous of the guys with the carbs (Alex and Pesty)
I always thought I was carb sensitive and man I can blow up quick and spill over...so how do they get to use carbs and lose fat while I'm scraping by on real low carbs and still holding on to the last 8 or so.
I thought this was all there is....

That may be true, but if you can't tolerate it then it does you no good.
Uping the fats made me sick.Some diets dont work for everybody. I lost 46lbs on a low fat diet. High fat also makes me nauseous.
This is Essential, Your Body Need it,it only from food your Eating.
Fish oil for Omega 3(10G a Day)
Borage Oil or Evening Primrose Oil For Omega 6 (2G a Day)
This is essential i repeat, Whether Your Low carbing, high Carbing,Starving, you need them.
You also Need Saturated Fat(Small Amount) For Natural Sex Hormonal production.(Whole Eggs and a little Red Meat) This is Essential Too, You need Saturated Fat in ANY DIET.
Then I add Monoinsaturated Oil and Nuts, Olive oil, Walnuts,Macademia Nuts and Oil.( this is not Essential but its good Fat)
