I have BCAAs with caffeine in them I take before training, is that ok to take with Coq10 and shilajit or are you saying to replace the BCAAs before training with these two?

It’s normal to feel flat and tired.. the less you eat the more you’ll experience these “symptoms” ..
I’m ahead of schedule so I carb up once a week.. it’s working for me. If you can get away with doing that; I’d do it. If not.. I’ll steer away. Not everyone has the same metabolism or can get away with cheat or carbs up once a week.
If you have a coach, listen to him..
 
Stay focused... Your EYES will play tricks on you... train smart... dont do anything drastic.... usually Opens go before Masters

thanks man, I had one day where is did back and was feeling flat as hell, but then next day BAM was pumped and feeling strong as hell, I think I know why, most days I train around lunch time and I feel extremely good, on that particular back day I trained very early morning, I need to have the proper nutrients in my system and built around my workout, so never am I training early morning like that again.

In my experience you are also must more likely to injure yourself early in the morning like that, unless you are accustomed to it.

Its more bioactive and I believe, and is what the body converts COq10 into. Its what I take for my heart failure and since I take statins.

If you take it with Fulvic acid then is no need to take Ubiquinol. I will look up the study.

One day I trained legs after doing cardio hiit on the bike the day before. I was on a cutting diet and it was the worst leg workout I remember, my strength was on the floor. My brain started to spin and I got depressed thinking I was losing tons of muscle, lol.

It was a stupid decision, but when you're on a diet you don't always make the best choices. I did not do cardio hiit again and my strength returned to my leg day.

Where if I lose strength is in the chest exercises.

Did legs so the splits are blurred but legs are more split as you can see from calves, also I was strong as all hell 😳 I mean as if it was offseason wtf 💪💪💪🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
 
I was balls deep on hack squat and on my last two reps honestly didn’t think I was gonna make it up, inner voice said FIRE THIS SHIT UP, and I did 3 more reps got off machine and was laughing out loud like a crazed mad man haha, some kind of natural
High or something, people looking at me like I’ve lost my marbles.
