Good to know. I got dc mix before. Not sure which mix to get
I like DC and it mixes the easiest very easy to drink to you could probably do 6oz of water for 2 scoops there. I use Dc mix around my training but really Skip could be a end all be all as well
So skip anytime.. DC for post workout.
Is team skip protein more for post workouts?
What protein do you prefer from them and what flavor. Choclate mint is pretty good.
Without a doubt, plain, no flavoring at all. It's like milk, you get used to the taste and it's pretty good, plus you never get sick of it.
