I like DC and it mixes the easiest very easy to drink to you could probably do 6oz of water for 2 scoops there. I use Dc mix around my training but really Skip could be a end all be all as well

Personal choice again. WPI in DC will be digested in 2-3 hours. So for those who eat every 3 hours DC is fine all the time. Skip having slowing digesting proteins like egg white and micellar casein will take 5-6 hours to digest. I use DC right before I go to the gym, have a scoop or two during the workout and then 2 when I get home. Othewiser I'm all skip. I'd have almost no hesitation to drop the DC and just use the Skip in the same places

I like to use WPI because you can drink it with water for a quicker absorption rate, or you can add milk to it to have more of a time release for a longer period of time.

I've never tried Skip's, so I cannot comment on that.

Is team skip protein more for post workouts?

Team Skip has 3 different proteins: WPI Microfiltrated, Micellar Casein and Egg White Protein. So it has a good mix of both fast and slow digesting proteins. The isolate will raise amino acid concentrations faster and the casein will provide a more sustain release.

Favorite flavors: Dutch chocolate fudge, French vanilla cream, Banana Bash, Strawberry Cheesecake, Strawberry coconut, Chocolate PB Cup, and peaches and cream and strawberries and cream.

I love DC's Blend (AKA WPI Cold filtration), Team Skip and the night time blend. I also experiment with my own blends quite a bit.

Without a doubt, plain, no flavoring at all. It's like milk, you get used to the taste and it's pretty good, plus you never get sick of it.
