do yall know the process for true protien for their hydrolzed protien, as well as other common protiens, meaning when a protein says it hydrozled, are they just adding protease enzyme to it , or with some kind of hydrolosis method before hand with the protease

I doubt a acid is used since the PH would have to be very low. I am pretty sure they do it enzymatically, maybe add some heat.
