Cooking brown rice is not a science project, however did try few brands untill found the one I like best. I cook up twelve servings of brown and put in containers to eat pre-workout for my slow digesting carbs and twelve servings of white for post work-out to get some fast digesting carbs in me. It does take few mins. longer to cook than white.
Get a rice cooker. East to cook brown rice. Taste better and better for you.
oh and when cooking brown rice,
2 cups boiling chicken broth
1 cup rice
bring to a boil, add rice, stir wait till boiling again, turn to lowest heat setting, cover and let al broth boil out, thats it.
