i usually grab a big bowl which has a mixture of whole eggs, hash browns, a couple sliced up sauages and a couple pieces of bacon, some melted cheese. mixed it all together and put in a bit of ketchup. I never get tired of that.

Whole egg omelette with anything around the house I can put in it....cheese, bacon bits, diced ham, veggies....etc.

I call it the "Trashcan Omelette".

And some good old fashioned grits!

I eat the same thing every morning: 3 packets sugar free oatmeal, natural peanut butter. And shake with 25g protein from liquid egg whites, skim milk and one scoop whey isolate

Today was a good one 10 eggwhites 1 cup grape nuts with almond milk to soften.

Usually always around the same eggwhites will swith the carb sources. Oatmeal, english muffins. Fruits and grapefruit with bcaas.

I dno how you guys eat bacon. Sits heavy in my stomach to much grease and fat.
