Cardio while on a cycle? yes or no?

Hey guys Im curious who does alot of cardio or a little cardio while on a AAS cycle? Do you believe in it or no? Why or why not

benifits or no?
 
Yes w/o a doubt yet it's tough on tren. Helps control bf, blood pressure, cholesterol etc. I usually do 20min after 3 workouts and an mod pace. Nothing to strenuous.

u would do 30 min of cardio daily?
 
My question is.......why not? You are using compounds that are muscle sparing in a sense. Why not do cardio to help control bf levels and keep your heart healthy??
 
I always do cardio pwo. 20 minutes (interval method). For me doing cardio allows me to eat more and put on less body fat during bulking. I have found that my growth spiked a bit doing more cardio (especially with intervals).

...not to mention cardiovascular health (I have genetic high blood pressure so it is important for me to get cardio at least 5 days a week). If you are eating enough (and as someone mentioned earlier - you are on anabolics) muscle wasting is a non-issue.

Allows you to eat more
Keeps fat at bay
Helps BP, Lipids, ect ect

Yes, cardio is good for you...and it will help in some many areas of your fitness

Pretty much what i meant. ;) Just not as fancy. :)
 
It really depends on how much cardio you should do but I agree that some cardio even minimal amounts should be done. An ecto like myself can get away with doing cardio 3x a week at 20 mins per session. However if you are an endo, you will probably have to do more.

I agree with all the above reasons.

I do about 20-30 minutes of moderate cardio post-workout.
