It`s honey nut cheerios.... You`ll be fine. It`s not lucky charms or something.
 
I can never give up Chocolate milk

Luckily I’ve found some low-fat protein milk that’s 60g protein a litre. Add 2 tablespoons nesquick and I’m Gucci.
 
I Eat A total of 100 gms of cereal a Night!
Either Raisin bran Crunch or a mix of Honey bunches of Oats mixed with Granola.
Anywhere from 1 -3 A.M.
Great for Carbing UP and staying Regular!..lol
 
Cereal mix. Cookies and cream or vanilla whey .. Krave cereal mixed with coco puffs and special k cereals.. 200g carbs and 50g protein in one meal.. heaven

Cinnamon toast crunch is untouchable. In the off-season or gaining phase (whatever the f you wanna call it) cereal is always in the post workout. Usually 150-200 carbs from cereal.
