Shredded doesnt necessarily win you shows.. but its a good feeling to get yourself in that condition reguardles..

Trying to push to get as shedded as possible... can cost you some size and throw you off your game when it comes to getting ready for your show.. but it sure feels good!

Dedication to diet, training, and awesome genetics.

Alex is a great guy and probably has more discipline and dedication than half the pro's you see pulling pro cards...that's why he will get his one day soon. It doesn't matter what the hell you are on if you cant push yourself far beyond your artificially set parameters both mentally and physically.

The mental aspect is much of the game and most don't and can't have that mindset to be dead on with the necessary requirements to look like that day in and day out.

Major props to Alex as all the accredidation he has received is what is earned by working harder than most could imagine.
