In the past i have always trained each bodypart (except legs) 2 times a week.
Arnold Schwarzenegger said it was a must. I have read somewhere that kevin Levrone always trains each bodypart 2 times a week, he trains arms 3 times a week.
Arnie said that: the difference between a champion an a not-champion is that the champion can train true the pain.
It made me thinking. It was a great stimulance for me. And in the gym i rememberd it. I have always trained very strict and in proper form. But for example biceps: i do 10 reps with the barbell. My biceps are tired on the 10 rep, but now i just scream and to everything to make that extra 2 reps. And i make it everytime.
I'm doing this now in each workout. I train like a crazy animal.
But.... The second workout of a bodypart, well,... The muscles still hurt, so i can't train them again in the same week.
So now i train each bodypart only once a week.
Maybe i'm now in the right direction to become a real freak. I didn't beleave Big a, that the big man just do each bodypart once a week. But i think it' s right way.
I have adjusted my diet and nutrition also.
I know now that the workouts that are written in bodybuildingmagazines are complete crap! They just want to make money.
