The creatine Ethyl Ester will be here in two days and It'll ship next day. I'll keep everyone informed. I had a small gilitch in which they were out so I had to pay a little extra for them to pick it up from a local vendor. Then they needed some kinda damn FDA release letter. But I have tracking for it and it'll be here shortly.

It is suppose to hit fairly quick, so I would assume after a workout with maybe some grapefruit juice and maybe some honey... That's what I'm going to try. Cjay
