I just finished a big cut and am now sitting at an almost skinny 5-6% bf at 205lb. I've gotten this low before but never had to maintain it for longer then a show. I just got into this fitness modeling agency and for a few months I won't be able to really bulk up- so I'm trying to keep my bodyfat and water retention as low as possible (as I cant have any bloat in my face) while still gaining ONLY muscle - literally only.
My diet is very strict but I'm not so confident on how well I can really hold my mass and gain without going up in bf.
I'm thinking a baseline of a low dose of prop, but what else could I throw in the mix? I'm unfortunately prone to some hair-loss so it doesn't seem to help the obvious choices.
