OTC supplements are worse than steroids IMO. Since shit like Tylenol and Ibuprofin are 100% legal and OTC, people think its safe. Therefore people think they can take tons of the shit because big brother FDA and the gov are "keeping an eye out" for you.
With juice most people KNOW that they need to do something to protect their liver. They also know that once you go above a certain dosage you are at higher risk, (although some crazy fuck will still go and pop crazy amounts), which is generally not known about OTC meds. I have no idea how much to take or for how long. So statistically speaking, the juice is safer for those reasons.
I was on about 600 mg of Ibuprofin every 3 or 4 hours for about 4 weeks straight and thought I was doing nothing crazy since it was the only thing that handled the pain in my torn ankles (which came from using winstrol btw. It completely dried up my joints). Months later I still had elevated kidney values. So watch out people. Stay safe and dont take too much shit. More is not always better. What is the point in putting all that time and money into your body if you can only reap the benefits of it for a few years b4 you are all fucked up and in a wheelchair, on dialysis or worse, dead. And watch out for the OTC shit that is oh-so-safe.
