I almost choked on a piece of chicken when I read that last paragraph. Just imagining some dude's chair breaking underneath him right before he gets to submit a message...and then him getting back up and choosing to write out in that same message that such an event just took place...funny lol.No necesarily true. When I have a mass freak shake I list it out in my log including brand. That way people can just look it up and see what exactly is in it. I wish I were sponsored by them
But sure if you were sponsored by a company and were still on good terms then nothing wrong with further advertising them. It is probably true he used them so much... wh not if he got them for free.
It's probably exaggerated but not far off. I can see him having tonnes of those shakes and big meals. Probably not that volume everyday but could easily see 6-8k cals most days.
Most of my current meals are oats and protein shakes as I have no money But 34 whole eggs in just 3 meals

You are clearly wrong, considering Met-RX isn't even a sponsor on Dave's site, RX Muscle, and he posted that in 2010.
So nobody would ever pay an IFBB to drop their name a bunch of times.

Met-RX was the shit back in the day...in the packets right around the time DP was taking them.....it was the best protein out there.....we are spoiled now with custom blends ..but back then most of the commercial stuff was crap...Designer Whey...Twinlab....etc...
Palumbo was definitely a freak...I dont know why so many people hate on him....I'd take that size and condition anyday
