diet problems

Any suggestions for information when your diet is the weak link in your program? Is Bodyopus worth reading? Thoughts? Suggestions?

I do make sure I consume around 300grams protein daily, but I will lose my mind counting carbs and fats. I just try to keep the carbs low, and eat either a meal with carbs and protein, or fat and protein. I also almost always get these nutrients in whole food form, I only drink a shake here or there when I dont have things precooked.

seems to be your diet problem is motivation.. you seem to have the knowledge just apply, yes it does suck coutning carbs and fat, but so does going to work everyday, you just gotta do it. Kee a log, and stay honest with yourself.

What exactly is your problem with dieting ie; RU having trouble losing weight, losing fat, gaining fat, gaining weight? Do you do some sort of cardio?

Im trying to build more mass without becoming a fat ass. I gain fat very easily.
