Any suggestions for information when your diet is the weak link in your program? Is Bodyopus worth reading? Thoughts? Suggestions?
I do make sure I consume around 300grams protein daily, but I will lose my mind counting carbs and fats. I just try to keep the carbs low, and eat either a meal with carbs and protein, or fat and protein. I also almost always get these nutrients in whole food form, I only drink a shake here or there when I dont have things precooked.
