i dont know i havent read any studies saying tobacco reduces protein synthesis. I know its not good for you and its a real shitty habit i picked up but i dont think its going to make a difference if your on a cycle or not. other than the fact that tobacco products are bad for your health
Quit if you can. I dipped kodiak for well over a decade. It was hard as hell to quit, and I still miss it, but it was wrecking total havoc with my teeth, gums, tongue, breath, and blood pressure.
im on my second time quitting, i dont really get strong cravings its just like i want something in my lip

WOW!!! You guys have a lot of good points here. Maybe it is time to cash it in. I have been chewing copenhagen for like 26 years. I just don't want to snap on my kids. I have 4 children two boys 10 and 9 as well as 2 girls 6 and 2. Like I said I do have a mean streak at times. The thing is if I am going to get healthy I might as well chuck it. I might check out that one site and see how it goes. I used the twelve steps to kick other habits. I don't want to get into my whole story here. I suppose since it has been on my mind I better start the discipline. Thanks bros.
