Do you eat whole Eggs or Egg whites ?

i used to drink muscleegg chocolate but i heard cooking the eggs yields better protein availability. not to mention it got expensive

Hardboiled whole eggs, cook an 18 pack of jumbo eggs every 2-3 days and keep them in the fridge. Peel them when I'm ready to eat them, makes a great between meal snack.

I cant even eat 1 unless its crumbled over salad or deviled.

I pretty much only eat egg whites with putting the kirkland liquid egg whites in with a shake. Otherwise I eat 3 organic omega eggs cooked in coconut oil, and either with cottage cheese or some type of meat. Also throw things like tomatoes, onions, spinach, and sauces like siracha, worshier sauce, alittle mustard etc.

Occasionally will have 3 eggs with 7 egg whites when I buy the huge pack of eggs from Costco and just separate the whites

Nope, I just stand over the sink peel them under the running water and throw the shell down the garbage disposal and split them in half, 2 bites followed by a gulp of water or milk and on to the next egg. Super fast and easy.

Its kind of like taking a liquid oral, you sqirt it in take a gulp of juice and the taste disappears, same idea.

Bro, not sure what kind of garbage disposal you have but I have clogged many by throwing egg shells in there. I'd recommend trashing them or putting back in to carton until you clean the fridge/take out trash...IMO

The yolk has to be really good for your brain. Any one have any tips on making them easily to leak and not sticky. Sometimes I notice the shell comes of easy, others not so.
