doggcrapp training and contest prep??

ok guys im getting ready for a show the end of oct, currently on the DC traing style, been off all AAS for 6 weeks, started tren , test and dbol, then going to switch to winni in 3 weeks and drop dbol. shouold i continue traing this way or should contest prep be different, ? i know how i trained for comp before and it worked well. but i just started this workout a month ago, and dont know if it will help or hurt with dieting.
any advice??

personally i feel that the workout that gives you the most mass is the one to stick with precontest or not. i would not up the volume much at all and let the supplementation do its job....i do not know what your last pre contest training was like but, most guys screw that up by training light, higher volume and shorter rest periods. if you want to keep the mass while dieting you have to do waht gave ya the mass in the first place. do not ruin a all off season phase by training lighter ect. just my opinion.
 
The thing that I find that forces me to change workout when getting ready for contest is taking in "maintainance calories." Don't have the "energy" to train as hard. Of course, I've always been "clean" for pre-contest. This time around I won't be, so things will hopefully be different!!

last time

my last comp i kept the workouts the same as i was in off season,
mon= chest, calves
tues= back, hams
wed=quads
thurs= shoulders, bicep
fri= traps,tri's

it worked good, but like i said im new to DC training, so i dont know how my body will respond . well i guess im gonna have to find out. thanks DOK
 
when sould you make your leg day the last one? I was thinking 1 week from the show.

Dont change your training style at all if its working for you.

Pumped- last day is anywhere from 10 to 12 days for me (recommended also by Mike Francois) . Not that that will make any difference.

If you follow what he advocates, dont add in 3 sets here, or 2 exercises more here you will make astounding progress. I remember him from way back and I learned alot from him.
