ok guys im getting ready for a show the end of oct, currently on the DC traing style, been off all AAS for 6 weeks, started tren , test and dbol, then going to switch to winni in 3 weeks and drop dbol. shouold i continue traing this way or should contest prep be different, ? i know how i trained for comp before and it worked well. but i just started this workout a month ago, and dont know if it will help or hurt with dieting.
any advice??
